Atul Pathria
Founder of Quinji. Author of Production Ready AI Agents. I help leaders understand how AI systems can be built, secured and governed when they move from demos into real business operations.
My work sits at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, operational risk, human control and technology governance.

Where my work is focused now
I started close to the metal: code, servers, Linux, infrastructure, security incidents and production systems that had to keep running.
That background shaped how I look at AI today.
AI is no longer only a tool people test. It is becoming part of business operations — touching data, decisions, communication, approvals and revenue-critical workflows.
My current work focuses on AI, cybersecurity and technology governance: how systems are designed with clear boundaries, human approval, audit trails, escalation rules and accountability when something fails.
Through Quinji, I am building toward AI Workforces for real business work. Through my writing and speaking, I help leaders and technologists think more clearly about secure, accountable and human-controlled AI.

What I focus on
The themes that shape my work across writing, speaking, advising and production systems.
AI Governance
How AI systems should be designed when they can access data, trigger workflows, influence decisions, or touch business-critical operations.
Cybersecurity & Risk
Security boundaries, access control, audit trails, incident thinking, and failure modes for AI-enabled systems.
Human Control
Approval points, escalation rules, stopping conditions, and accountability structures that keep humans responsible where judgment matters.
Production AI Systems
Practical lessons from building and operating systems that need to work beyond demos, dashboards, and isolated experiments.
Building AI systems that keep humans responsible
Quinji is being built around one idea: AI should help real business work move forward without removing human control.
The company focuses on AI Workforces — systems designed around business responsibilities, with security boundaries, audit trails, escalation rules and human approval built in from the start.

Speaking, Mentoring & Community
I speak and mentor on AI, cybersecurity, technology governance, production systems and responsible technology leadership.
Recent themes include how AI changes security responsibility, why human control matters, and how future technologists should think beyond tools into systems, risk and accountability.
