Started as a developer, moved into Linux server administration, then spent 15 years learning how production systems actually fail — and what it takes to stop them.
Today I run Quinji — a focused, senior-only team that builds, secures, and maintains production AI infrastructure. We work with clients who need systems that stay up, stay secure, and stay monitored after the initial build.
